What Should You Expect From a Private Aviation FBO Chauffeur?

Posted on July 15th, 2026. Updated October 16th, 2026.

Plan the ground portion of your private-flight itinerary with Royal Ride Executive Transportation. We provide FBO pickups, including tarmac pickups where permitted by the airport and FBO, for airport transfers and onward business travel in Cleveland and Northeast Ohio, New York and New Jersey.

Coordinate Your FBO Pickup

Share your airport, FBO name, travel date, arrival time and flight or tail-number details where appropriate. Confirm the designated pickup point with Royal Ride before travel. Tarmac access and aircraft-side arrangements depend on the airport, FBO and the arrangements confirmed for your trip.

A Trip Brief for Assistants and Travel Coordinators

Include the pickup and destination, passenger and luggage counts, required arrival times, and a day-of-travel contact. If an executive has several meetings, add every stop and the expected finish time. Tell us about return transfers or recurring travel needs so the full itinerary can be reviewed.

Wi-Fi in Every Royal Ride Vehicle

All Royal Ride vehicles have Wi-Fi, helping travelers stay connected between the airport, hotel, office and meetings. Confirm the suitable vehicle and capacity for your itinerary, and tell us about any additional amenity requirements when requesting your trip.

Airport Transfers, Meeting Days and Return Travel

For a direct airport journey, review our private airport transfers. For several appointments or additional stops, explore corporate and hourly transportation.
